Molye provides an AI-powered assistant service ("Aris") and informational content. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; or use automated tools beyond the provided API.
Aris uses third-party AI models via OpenRouter. Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely on them as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
The Molye and Aris interfaces and technology are the property of Molye LLC. You retain ownership of your inputs and receive a non-exclusive license to use outputs.
Molye LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or infrastructure issues may cause temporary downtime.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
